Trial Date Set for Attempted Murder Co-Defendants

On Nov. 7, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Charles J. Peters set a trial date for two first-degree attempted murder co-defendants in a reception court appearance.

Tyrone Moulden and Marie Glenn, have been charged with first-degree attempted murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree attempted murder, second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, use of a firearm in a felony violent crime, carrying a handgun on their person and having a loaded handgun in a vehicle in connection with a July 12 incident . 

Glenn has also been charged with having a loaded handgun and having a handgun in a vehicle. Moulden is additionally charged with two counts of firearm possession with a  felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, discharging a firearm within 100 yards of the public and possession of firearms during a controlled dangerous substance offense.

Moulden, 42, is represented by Robert Cohen; Glenn, 33, is represented by Roya Hanna.

Judge Peters scheduled their trial to begin on March 25, 2024, with Judge Lynn S. Mays presiding. The trial is expected to last four days. Judge Peters also scheduled a motions hearing to take place prior to March 1, 2024, before Judge Jeffery M. Geller

According to a Baltimore Police Department press release, detectives believe shooting took place on the 2300 block of Montebello Terrace.
