On March 16, at approximately 8:08 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPS) responded to a fire station at 3906 Liberty Heights Avenue for a report of a shooting victim seeking help.

Once there, officers located a 36-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-fatal gunshot wound.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was attempting to tow a vehicle in the 2900 block of Garrison Boulevard when he was shot.
