Man Shot on Mosher Street Seeks Treatment at West Baltimore Fire Station

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.

On June 24, at approximately 11:28 p.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert on the 1500 block of Mosher Street.

Upon arrival, officers located evidence indicating that shots had been fired.

Moments later, officers were dispatched to a Baltimore City fire station on the 1500 block of W. Lafayette Avenue, where a shooting victim had walked in seeking medical treatment.

The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Western District shooting detectives are working to identify a suspect and determine a motive.
