On Oct. 5, Central District officers arrested 31-year-old Uriah Cunningham of Baltimore.
Baltimore Police Department detectives believe that Cunningham shot and killed 43-year-old Melvin Rogers while on the 1800 block of Wilhelm Street on Sept. 29.
Uriah Cunningham was arrested and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder and additional charges.
