Southwest District Fire Investigation Reveals 2 Stabbing Victims

On Oct. 13, at approximately 11:35 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the intersection of Ramsay Street and South Gilmor Street to assist the fire department.

Upon arrival, officers were advised that two unidentified males were covered in blood. One of the males suffered numerous life-threatening stab wounds and was transported by medics to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. The other unidentified male, still on the scene, suffered minor injuries and was treated by medics.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident had occurred in the 1600 block of Ramsay Street.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
