Co-Defendants’ Case Ends with Nolle Pros

The prosecution entered a nolle pros for a case involving a non-fatal drive-by shooting April 25 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Philip Jackson.  Kion Henry, 23, and Christopher Brown, 21, were charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, reckless endangerment, first-degree assault, firearm use in a felony violent crime, handgun on their person, handgun in vehicle, and discharging firearms.  Brown was additionally charged with illegal possession of a registered firearm and possession of a firearm as a minor as he was under the age of 21 at the time of the incident.  On Oct.
