Counsel requested additional time for homicide defendant Timothy Callanan’s evaluation for a plea of not criminally responsible on Feb. 8 in connection to the fatal stabbing of Mason Moldoven in August 2020.
The prosecution and defense attorney Sharon Bogins Eberhart informed Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Gale Rasin that an outpatient evaluation for the NCR was still underway, but additional time was required to get more information.
Judge Rasin granted the request and postponed the case to March 15.
Callanan, 29, is charged with first-degree murder for the fatal stabbing of the 28-year-old victim and then leaving her body in a plastic container on the 1100 block of Gorsuch Avenue on Aug. 29, 2020.
