The prosecution decided May 24 to nolle pros the case of a 48-year-old Baltimore man charged with attempted murder.
Reginald Arnez Hill was charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, first and second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, fourth-degree sexual contact, and use of a firearm during a violent crime in connection to an incident on Oct. 15, 2021.
Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn presided over the hearing.
Hill was represented by defense attorney’s Janet Andersen and Robert Cohen.
