The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is requesting public assistance for additional information about the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Roger Hawkins on Nov. 7 on the 3700 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue.
Upon responding to reports of the incident, officers discovered Hawkins, who was pronounced dead on the scene.
