Police Investigating Fatal Shooting of 36-Year-Old Male

The Baltimore Police Department’s (BPD) Eastern District is looking for answers in a murder that occurred on Nov. 27.

On Sunday, at approximately 1:53 p.m., officers were in the area of the 2600 block of Ashland Avenue when they heard discharging. The officers responded and located 36-year-old Terrence Skinner with gunshot wounds to his back.

The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. Homicide detectives responded and have assumed control of the investigation.
