Police Investigate Non-Fatal Shooting in Northwest District

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.

On Dec. 18, at approximately 4:55 p.m., Northwest District officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in victim seeking treatment.

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers located a 33-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the left leg. The victim was listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was in the 3700 block of Denison Street when he was shot by an unidentified person.

Northwest District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
