Detectives from the Baltimore Police Department are investigating a homicide on Oct. 23 on the 2600 block of East Baltimore Street.
According to a press release, officers found 26-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Bustos suffering from several life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
