The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the investigation of a homicide that took place on Nov. 21 on the 4900 block of Frankford Avenue.
When responding to a call, officers discovered the victim, identified as a 34-year-old male, who was pronounced dead on the scene from a gunshot wound.
