Police Discover 30-Year-Old’s Body With Signs of Trauma

On Feb. 9, at approximately 9:24 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 6500 block of Parnell Avenue to investigate a call for an unresponsive individual. 

Upon arrival, officers observed an unresponsive 30-year-old Milo Turner. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene. Upon further observation, the victim showed signs of trauma to his person.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Update: On May 7, 2024, the State’s Attorney’s office declined to charge as a homicide. It was determined that this was a case of self-defense.
