Police Arrest Teen Accused of Harlem Avenue Murder

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Western District on Nov. 26, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 18-year-old Marques Harris of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Harris fatally shot 18-year-old Carlos Carrazana-Ricardo while on the 2700 block of Harlem Avenue.


On Dec. 2, detectives arrested Marques Harris while on the 2400 block of Hollins Ferry Road. Detectives transported Harris to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder and multiple handgun violations.
