The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced Oct. 28 the arrest of 33-year-old Dominic Felder.
Felder is charged with a homicide that took place on Oct. 2 on the 2500 block of McHenry Street.
According to a press release, officers responded to reports of a shooting and discovered the victim, identified as 20-year-old Tavin Cooper, who was shot in the head and later pronounced dead at the hospital.
