The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest Nov. 11 of 26-year-old James Little, who is allegedly charged with an attempted first-degree murder that took place on Nov. 4 on the 100 block of South Conkling Street.
Upon responding to reports of the shooting, officers discovered the victim, a 31-year-old male, who was being treated for multiple gunshot wounds at a local hospital.
