On Oct. 28, homicide detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) arrested 44-year-old Damion Thomas.
Thomas is charged with the homicide of 37-year-old Brian Nesbitt.
The incident took place on Aug. 21 on the 800 block of South Paca Street.
According to a press release, officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He was then pronounced dead at the hospital.
