Police Arrest Man for August Shooting

Police have arrested Sept. 10 a man for his alleged connection in a shooting.

According to a press release, Jermaine Davis, 39, was arrested for allegedly shooting a 29-year-old male multiple times on Aug. 2 on the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue. The victim was transported to an area hospital.

According to police, the shooting occurred after a verbal dispute.

Dvis is being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility where he is facing charges for first-degree attempted murder.
