Police Arrest 15-Year-Old Suspect in Connection to McDonald’s Homicide

On Jan. 28, the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an arrest in reference to a Northern District homicide.

The 15-year-old suspect is accused of fatally shooting and killing 38-year-old security guard, Jamal Davis, on Jan. 12 following a dispute and altercation at a McDonald’s located in the 4400 block of Reistertown Road.

Warrant apprehension detectives arrested the suspect in a home in the 1500 block of North Smallwood Street.

Detectives transported the suspect to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder.
