In reference to the shooting that occurred on April 4, in the Eastern District, detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) have arrest 37-year-old Alan Blue of Baltimore.
Detectives learned that Alan Blue shot the 15-year-old female victim, following a dispute on the 900 block of Belnord Avenue.
On April 6, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Blue while on the 3800 block of Elmora Avenue, and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
