The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is investigating a homicide which occurred on Dec. 7.
On Wednesday, at approximately 11:42 a.m., Northern and Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 2600 block of Park Heights Terrace for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located 20-year-old Amare Burruss suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
