A 20-year-old man has been arrested for the shooting of a 19-year-old male teen on Oct. 19.
The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has reported the arrest of Tyqwaun Kells, 20, two months after the incident on 1400 block of Dellwood Avenue, where the victim was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Detectives believe Kells shot the victim during a dispute.
Following his arrest, on Dec. 19, Kells was taken him to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
