Northeast District Detectives Launch Shooting Investigation

Shooting detectives for the Northeast District of the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) have assumed control over the investigation of a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Jan. 23.

On Monday, at approximately 1:44 p.m., Northeast District officers were dispatched to the 3800 block of Kenyon Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they observed an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital by ambulance.

Northeast District shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2444.
