Northeast District Detectives Launch Shooting Homicide Investigation

On March 16, at approximately 9:47 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 2300 block of East Northern Parkway for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located 20-year-old Breon Traquan Ennis suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Homicide detectives have been notified.
