The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting on Litchfield Avenue where a man was injured.

According to a news release, police were called to the 5000 block of Litchfield Avenue around 2:50 p.m. on Nov. 17 and found a man with a gunshot wound to his chest. Police said the victim, who was uncooperative, was taken to a hospital for surgery.

The victim’s condition is currently unknown.
