Man Fatally Shot on Hollins St.

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of a man in the afternoon on Nov. 7.

Shortly after 2 p.m. on Sunday, a news release states, police were called to the 2500 block of Hollins Street, where they found a man with gunshot wounds.

Medics arrived and pronounced the victim, later identified as 30-year-old Carlos Smith, dead at the scene.
