A 33-year-old homicide defendant’s trial scheduled for March 15 with Judge Charles Peters was postponed due to the defense attorney being out of state.
Kevin Hall is facing 30 charges, including first and second-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, firearm use in a violent crime, handgun on person, and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in connection with an incident that occurred on Oct. 10, 2020.
Hall was scheduled to appear in reception court on March 15.
