Judge Reschedules Trial for 3 Homicide Defendants in December

A trial for three co-defendants accused of homicide was rescheduled to December during reception court on Feb. 22 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge John S. Nugent

Darian Adams, 26, Raquan Baylor, 26, and Kamar Robinson, 20, are charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, having a handgun on his person, and having a handgun in a vehicle in connection to an incident on July 22, 2019. 

Adams is also charged with use of a firearm during a violent crime, and illegal possession of a regulated firearm.


Robinson is also charged with use of a firearm during a violent crime and possession of a firearm as a minor.

The trial was slated to begin on Feb. 28 but was postponed due to the suspension of jury selection with the rise of COVID-19 cases.


According to WMAR Baltimore, 18 year-old Kamar Robinson was arrested for the murder of 33-year-old Antonio Lamont Jackson who was pronounced dead with multiple gunshot wounds on the scene in the 800 block of North Bradford Street around 11 a.m. on July 22, 2019. Darian Adams and Raquan Baylor are also charged with this murder.

The trial for Adams, Baylor, and Robinson was rescheduled to Dec. 5.
