A 46-year-old homicide defendant’s trial was rescheduled on April 25 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn. 

Lorenzo Thomas, allegedly shot and killed Lee Tyree on the 3900 block of Penhurst Avenue on March 27, 2019.

Thomas is charged with first-degree murder, conspiring to first-degree murder, firearm use during a violent crime, illegal possession of a firearm, and having a handgun on his person. 

Thomas’s was scheduled to go back to reception court for Oct. 27, according to the Maryland Judiciary website.
