On April 1, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland set a trial date for 23-year-old Antonio Bardney.
Bardney is charged with first degree murder and robbery in connection with the death of 60-year-old Victorino Malabayabas after an altercation on the 600 block of South Kenwood Avenue on Aug. 20, 2023.
Judge Copeland set the trial date for Aug. 15. The trial is expected to last four days. Bardney will appear with his attorney Christopher O’Meara in front of Judge Yvette M. Bryant.
