On Oct. 6, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Northeast District officers received notification from Baltimore County Police that a victim walked into one of their area hospitals seeking treatment for a gunshot wound.
Upon arrival at the hospital, Baltimore Police Department officers spoke with a 31-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the right arm. The victim is in stable condition.
Preliminary information revealed that the victim was on the 7600 block of Harford Road when he was shot.
Northeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
