A press release states that when police arrived at the scene, they found two men with gunshot wounds and took them to nearby hospitals. One of the victims, 25-year-old Ryan Harris was pronounced dead, while the second 29-year-old victim was listed in critical but stable condition.

According to multiple witnesses, the shooting occured around 4 a.m. and involved three individuals. A man staying at the SpringHill Suites Marriott said he was woken up to the sound of gunshots shortly before 4 a.m.
“I was in the Army, so I know the sound of gunshots when I hear them,” he told Baltimore Witness.
