Detectives from the Baltimore Police Department are investigating a non-fatal shooting of a 39-year-old female on Sept. 4.
According to a press release, Western District patrol officers were called to the 1000 block of Brantley Avenue for a Shot Spotter alert. Officers searched the area and found a woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
