Defendant Pleads Guilty to Domestic Manslaughter, Awaits Sentencing

On Nov. 28, manslaughter defendant Harry Wallace  and his attorney, Josh Insley, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Yolanda A. Tanner .

Harry Wallace, Jr., 56, was charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to the fatal shooting of 51-year-old Stacy Hill on Oct. 28, 2021, on the 200 block of South Bouldin Street.

Wallace pleaded guilty after reportedly opening fire on Hill during a domestic dispute. Hill sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was  pronounced dead at a  local hospital a week later.

Wallace’s sentencing will be held on Feb. 14, 2024.
