The Baltimore Police Department announced the fatal vehicle collision involving 41-year-old Michael Bost that took place on Oct. 18 near the intersection of Cathedral and Centre Streets.
According to a press release, officers were responding to reports of the incident and discovered Bost, the operator of a commercial truck. The truck then collided with four vehicles, before crashing into a building in the unit block of W. Centre Street. Two of the vehicles were unoccupied. The drivers of the other two vehicles, a 27-year-old male and a 27-year-old female, were transported to a local hospital and were last listed in stable condition.
The incident occurred when the commercial truck drifted downhill, causing Bost to be hit by it and leading to the collision with four vehicles.
