Citizen Flags Down Officer Following Shooting on Ramsay Street

On April 26, at approximately 12:49 a.m., a Southern District patrol officer with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) was flagged down by a citizen advising him of a shooting victim on the 1600 block of Ramsay Street.

Once there, officers located a 31-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
