The case for a 22-year-old Baltimore man accused of manslaughter two years ago was postponed Jan. 11 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
Datuan Blanchard is charged with negligent vehicular manslaughter in connection to an incident on July 15, 2020.
On Tuesday, Judge Schiffer listened as defense counsel requested a postponement, so the defense would have time to get a forensic expert to review evidence in the case.
Blanchard is represented by Judit Otvos.
According to the Maryland Judiciary website, the defendant’s next appearance is undetermined.
