In reference to the double homicide that occurred in the Northern District on Dec. 3, 2023, at approximately 2:58 a.m., Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 28-year-old Lamonte Sherman of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Sherman fatally shot and killed 28-year-old Phillip Brown and 28-year-old Michael Saffold following a dispute.
On Jan. 23, at approximately 8:35 a.m., detectives arrested Sherman while on the 1500 block of Wadsworth Way and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with first-degree murder.
