Baltimore Man Shot on Gay Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening of Aug. 22. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1000 block of Gay Street around 11:35 p.m. for a shot spotter alert, where a 29-year-old man was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where his injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
