Detectives from the Baltimore Police Department arrested Lamar Williams, 30, in connection to the murder of Carlos Rodrigo Amador-Funez on Aug. 26 on the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway.
According to police, Williams and the victim were involved in a dispute on Aug. 22 when Williams allegedly shot the victim. The victim later died from his injuries on Aug. 26.
Williams was arrested on the 1100 block of Homestead Street on Sept. 3 and has been charged with first-degree murder.
