On April 2, 2024, at around 5:28 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 3900 block of Greenmount Avenue to investigate a call for a three-vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 76-year-old male suffering from numerous gunshot wounds in his vehicle. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was being treated for his injuries.

Detectives located a crime scene on the 5300 block of York Road.

Northern District Shooting Investigation responded and assumed control over this investigation.
