BPD: Suspect Told Northeast District Victim to Undress at Gunpoint

On March 17, at approximately 5:51 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim.

The 39-year-old male victim stated that he was in the vicinity of the 4000 block of Belair Road when he was approached by a suspect brandishing a weapon. The suspect ordered the victim to remove his clothing. At that point, the victim stated he grabbed for the suspect. Then the suspect reportedly shot the victim and fled.
