On Feb. 13, at approximately 6:43 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 500 block of North Luzerne Street to investigate a reported shooting investigation.
Once at the location, officers located a 39-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper right leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital and listed in stable condition.
A crime scene was located on the 2500 block of Jefferson Street.
