Southwest District Detectives Respond to Shooting

On Nov. 22, at approximately 2:31 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 400 block of South Payson Street for a Shot Spotter alert.

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 33-year-old male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the left foot. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Southwest District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2488.
