Victim Dies After Curtis Avenue Car Crash

On Nov. 7, at approximately 5:15 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1600 block of Spruce Street to investigate a call for a pedestrian struck. 

Upon arrival, officers were advised that a 35-year-old male was struck by a vehicle on the 3900 block of Curtis Avenue. Medics transported the pedestrian to the University of Maryland, Shock Trauma, where he was listed to be in serious condition. The driver of the vehicle involved stayed on the scene. 

On Nov. 8, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., despite life-saving measures, the 35-year-old male was pronounced deceased. 

Accident Investigation Unit investigators have assumed control over this investigation.
