In reference to the fatal stabbing that occurred on Oct. 13, in the Southwest District, investigators have arrested 46-year-old Alphonso Ward of Washington, D.C.
Baltimore Police Department investigators learned that Ward fatally stabbed 41-year-old Kevin Miller on the 1600 block of Ramsay Street.
On Oct. 14, detectives transported Alphonso Ward to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
