Baltimore, Md. (Sept. 27, 2023) – The Baltimore Police Department’s Warrant Apprehension Task Force (WATF), alongside the U.S. Marshals continue to actively search for first-degree murder suspect Jason Dean Billingsley. Through the course of the investigation, BPD can confirm that Billingsley is wanted in connection to an attempted murder, arson and rape that occurred on Sept. 19 on the 800 block of Edmondson Avenue.
