Dashawn Brown and his defense attorney, Arthur McGreevy, appeared in reception court before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Dana M. Middleton on Sept. 26 to schedule a trial date.
Brown, 20, is charged with three counts each of attempted first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and firearm use in a felony violent crime. He is also charged with reckless endangerment, firearm possession with a felony conviction, possession of a firearm in a drug offense, possession of a firearm as a minor, having a handgun on his person, illegal possession of ammunition and firing a gun in Baltimore City in connection to an April 17 incident.
Judge Middleton scheduled Brown’s three-day trial for Dec. 11. A judge has yet to be assigned to preside over the case.
