On Aug. 11, at approximately 4:43 p.m., Northeast District officers responded to the 1800 block of 33rd Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.
Once at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
A short time later, a 19-year-old male victim walked into an area hospital seeking treatment for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim stated that he was shot in the 1800 block of 33rd Street.
